v1.0.4: 2026-09-20
Section titled “v1.0.4: 2026-09-20”- Bundle v3. References are sent unresolved, together with the names that
localsblocks point to. Registry modules that wire resources throughlocal.*now keep those connections. Nolocalsvalue is ever read, only the references inside them. See what is read from.tffiles. - Connections across module boundaries. The bundle records how module inputs and outputs connect, so a reference passed into or out of a module, such as
module.vpc.vpc_id, links the resources on both sides. - Unplannable roots warn instead of failing. A root whose
countorfor_eachdepends on apply-time values now produces a warning and a green step, so one such root doesn’t fail a whole matrix. See Invalid count argument.
v1.0.3: 2026-08-29
Section titled “v1.0.3: 2026-08-29”- Waits out the concurrent build limit. Parallel matrix legs retry for up to five minutes instead of being skipped.
- Run ID everywhere. Every accepted build prints its run ID to the log, an annotation and the job summary, and exposes
run-idandrun-urlas outputs. - Documented parallel multi-environment builds with
environmentand a matrix. - Pinned actions updated to their current major versions.
v1.0.2: 2026-08-22
Section titled “v1.0.2: 2026-08-22”plan-pathworks with plans from other workflows. The Action now runsterraform init -backend=falsebefore reading a saved plan, so a plan downloaded as an artifact can be decoded without backend access or cloud credentials.
v1.0.1: 2026-08-19
Section titled “v1.0.1: 2026-08-19”terraform initno longer uses-lockfile=readonly. Repositories without a committed lock file, or with one generated on macOS, now plan without errors. A committed lock file is still honoured.
v1.0.0: 2026-08-19

standardsanitization profile, Gitleaks scan withblock, warnandoffmodes, and upload. - The Action and collector are MIT-licensed.
