Refund policy

If you buy Pro or Business for the first time and it is not what you needed, email contact@infragr.am within 14 days of the first charge. We will ask Paddle to refund that first payment in full.

The free Hobby plan is there so you can generate diagrams before you pay. The 14-day window is extra, for the first paid period of a new subscription.

Write to contact@infragr.am from the email on the account, and include the GitHub organization name and, if you have it, the Paddle receipt or transaction ID. Paddle processes the refund back to the original payment method. We do not take card details and cannot refund you ourselves.

Cancel any time in the billing settings. You keep the paid plan until the current period ends; we do not refund unused days after that.

A renewal is not a new purchase. We do not refund a renewal because it was forgotten, unless the law where you live says otherwise. Cancel before the next billing date if you do not want another charge.

If Infragr.am fails to provide the paid service — for example we cannot generate diagrams for a working Terraform plan, or a charge was duplicated — email us. We will refund or credit that, even after 14 days.

We may decline a refund where the request is past the 14-day window, the account violated the terms of service, or we see abuse of the refund process.

Enterprise and other invoiced agreements follow the written contract for that deal, not this page.

Nothing here limits rights you have under the law of your country of residence, including any cooling-off rights that apply to you.
